Chef Helen will demo a Short Rib Stuffed Mushroom while you feast upon them…decadent for sure…and more wine pairings from Chef Carrie.

Then it’s the hands on portion to create Crispy Crab Cakes w/Spicy Tomato Aioli…a showstopper at any party! And, the best part…feast on what you’ve created along with  another wine pairing.
