Meet Chef Helen Lampkin

Passionate about bringing people around the table, Helen Lampkin is a prolific recipe & product developer, food writer & stylist, content creator and avid home cook. Her culinary classes showcase the storied food journey she has been on from her early days at the stove with her Dad to her more recent food travels around the US & Europe. Helen grew up in Oklahoma and spent a lot of time in the American Southwest, which led her to start a specialty food company over 20 years ago, My Brother’s Salsa; today it is on retail shelves from coast to coast. As a true southerner, Helen loves the cross section of Southern and Southwestern food traditions, and she incorporates that into her culinary POV.

Helen resides in Bentonville with her husband, Steve, and feisty Jack Russell, Biscuit.
